Nana Pop Detlaff There is a timber mill on the sea side of Butlers Road, Ruatapu, and a processing plant on the other side. Butlers were early owners, now Westco Lagan Ltd. Did Stuart and Chapman have an interest in it at some time??

Anita Brussovs I am sure that the mill is still there my dad Elmars Brussovs worked at this mill when he arrived in Holitika late forties early fifties, saw it when I was down in August.

Carol Linklater My Great Grandfather, Cuthbert Priest, also had a connection with the Ruatapu Mill, apparently there was a photo of a group , him included, hanging in the Office. If anyone can throw light on this please let me know.
