After a family discussion I hope I can clarify the comments above a bit more.
As Peter Robertson says this International is definitely a mid 1930’s model. So the photo may be taken in either Taylorville or Cobden. We haven’t located any other photos of this vehicle.
It was replaced by a later model (late 30’s/early 40’s) which is the vehicle I recall from childhood. Originally this van had Baker Grocer sign writing on it, so must have been purchased when the Cobden store still had a bakery. The bakery closed at some point during WW2, when they found it difficult to staff.

The last time the photo was on here, someone thought it was parked outside 57 Fox St, next to our family home. At the time the house was owned by Ben & Helen Watkin - Ian Watkin’s parents. The house looks quite different now and I don’t recall enough about how it used to look.
