This photo was included in a photo album sent by Archbishop Francis Redwood sm to Pope Leo XIII in 1887 to accompany the text in "Sketch of the Work of the Catholic Church for the Last Half Century in the Archdiocese of Wellington, New Zealand".
However, check out the church in this photo of Stafford, https://westcoast.recollect.co.nz/nodes/view/23340. The windows and supports are, if not alike, very similar.
