DescriptionThe dredge was made at the Addington Railway Workshops for the Kaniere Gold Dredging Company Ltd., and the machinery was set moving by the Minister of the Mines the Hon PC Webb. The dredge weighs 3400 tons ans is estimated that there are 15 years of work ahead of it.
