I know the site so well. Lived there 1945 to 1948 and went to the primary school before going to Reefton District High school from 1946 to 1948. Travelled up and back on the railcar each day.. The Ikamatua hotel is next door on the left of this photo.

It was owned by my great Uncle and Aunty Jack and Thelma Mosley from after the war till Jacks death in 1970. I think I saw a comment recently that this was the old store from Waiuta, which was moved - possibly Hempseeds?
