Mitsui 200 road header exiting that same drift for the last time this morning (May 2017). Bloody shame really as there's 83 million tonnes of extractable very high grade coal accessible via these tunnels that won't see the light of day. End of an era.

Craig Smith 99 wasnt it? Mt Davey finished up mid 99. I did some work at steel bros in christchurch on the epvs with the cranes and left that to start at spring creek in late nov early dec 99 with downers/shaft and tunnel. Mitsui 200s heaps better than the 125s
