DescriptionWilliam Robert Hopcroft was the proprietor of the Cronadun Butter factory.
He married Agnes Mary Sinclair in 1907. In the photo we have sons; Davis born 1908, Allan 1909, John 1911, Norman 1914, Thomas 1916 and Owen 1919. A son Clifford born 1913 died age 12 hours. Date of Photo1920Map^[1]ContributorBlacks Point Museum

CommentsArthur Bass I believe the butter factory was in Mitchells paddock where the old road went to the road rail bridge on the left side at the top of the brow where the road dropped before rising to the bridge, Cronadun side.
