The photo is of the hotel that was destroyed.

My father was 2 years old at the time. I think the family was taken in by Mr and Mrs Jack Ryall. To keep the license a bar was set up in a shed across the road that was used to store the empty bottles. My grandparents rebuilt the hotel that is still there today but is only a backpackers.
