Myron Caldwell Dave. Only one door now, back then it was a door and four seated across. My Dad had a later model ex Newmans. Very handy for hitchhikers to sleep in. He was a bugger for picking them up and offering them the use.

Neil Goodman Gibbs Motors had a depot in the Main Street of Nelson .. Trafalgar Street... up until the early 50’s as I recall. It was a couple of doors north of the Majestic Theatre.

Alwyn Couper I think the garage was in bridge street just opposite the old suburban bus depot. Billy Gibbs married my grandmother's sister.
