The presidents signature is of Bill Bryant who was principal of Westland High School in 1971. I ran against a lot of you Inangahua guys but mainly at Cross Country or Road races. Some surnames I remember are Gempton, Wormington, Gilmour, Harrison and Fortune. About 1970 I got billeted with the Lomax family (think he was a doctor) while in Reefton for sport. Once while handsomely leading an inter school road race in Reefton the local schoolboy marshal sent me in the wrong direction to allow the locals to catch up. There was a fierce rivalry between Reefton, Grey and Hoki athletes and even some of the parents who used to bet on race outcomes.
