James Codyre: Les Gilsenan and his brother Danny were top axemen in the 60's and 70's.Frank Jellyman has a park named after him and was a legend of softball,marching and rugby league in Cobden in the 60's.Often had carloads of kids at Ngahere,Blackball,Runanga and Grey parks.
Robin Morresey: Frank was such a dedicated coach of r l and s b and glad they named a park after him,and he had the best set of eyebrows I have ever seen on a man.
Trish Briggs: The late, great Frank. They threw away the mold when he was born. So many kids would not have played sport if it wasn't for Frank.
Michael Nolan" Frank was one of the most dedicated league men I’ve seen,very selfless with his time for Cobden and west coast schoolboys as well with softball.
Every Sunday at Wingham park selling raffles!
Bill Johnsen: Spent a few (many hours) at schoolboy league meetings with Frank..I gave him a ride home to Cobden afterwards and he spent more time getting out of car than at meeting as always had a story to tell...
Dave Wakefield: Frank a beautiful personality and human, the west coast have been blessed to have a personality with his credentials I always enjoyed his candid approach and dedication.
Geoff Belcher Frank Jellyman is on the right. He was heavily involved with the Cobden Kohinoor Rugby League Club.
Myron Caldwell: Bon Gilsenan did very well in chopping at the Sydney Show and travelled to USA and Canada where he educated the locals about jigger-board chopping. Very close family friend.
Patrick Casserly Work with Frank at Dobson mine he was a dedicated to rugby league loved the game
John Greaney Coden league through and through also league West Coast schoolboys and Mr softball. Don't make people like Frank very offen.. great photo.
Shirley Joy Almond I think that was taken at wingham park he didnt ever go to Refton he was also known to have his dinner deliverd to Cobden kohinor grrounds
