Front row 4th from the right is Daphne Perrin (nee- Hill).
These are my grandparents and great grandparents.

Kathryn Bird If Mum was in her mid teens, it would probably be 46... just not sure how old she is in the photo

Don Hutton Kathryn Bird I would agree with about 1946 or thereabouts, Doris Perrin in the front row 3rd from right was at GTHS then, contemporary of my brother Peter so probably 16 or 17.

Don Hutton Alan Messenger Yes. He was the man with the starting gun!

Linda Hughes Think the white headed woman in back row could be Mrs Ward.

Don Hutton I think her son Leo may be crouched in front of her. Mrs Ward was a lovely lady, a regular attender at meetings and came on many trips as chaperone.

Don Hutton This would be 1946 - 48 I would say. A lot of these folk were still in the club when I was a member 1953 - 58. Can't name all but here goes: Back Row - Ken Perrin, Stan McDonnell, Don Smith, ??, Doug Perrin, Mr Perrin, miss out 5, Ivor Steel (with hat), Mrs Ward, Arthur Fong, miss out 2, Johnny Knapp. 2nd Row: Russell Nelson, Allan Blackie, Tom Cameron, miss out 6, Leo Ward (in front of his mother), ??, Eric Walker, Bernie Guerin. 3rd Row: Don't recognise anyone. Front Row: Can only pick Doris Perrin 3rd from right. Not bad considering I was only about 8 when the photo was taken?

Geoffrey Bell Second row from the front, second from the left looks very much like Bebe McGuire from Blaketown. He was in the athletics and at one time was trained by James Blocksage or his brother.
