Vincent Knapp Pretty sure it was january I drove up tp the bridge saw the truck went to nelson through the shenandoagh

Pat Cooper I used to help crack test the Webb’s where the main pins where. I tripped over the leads going to the 12 volt battery and the electro magnet plummeted to the deep river below. They got a diver to retrieve it. I was very young and was mortified.

Pat Cooper It was the longest span Bailey in the country and the longest in place. We turned the pins at least twice that I knew of.
