Anne Milligan lol, nope. During the day and wondered why I was the only vehicle on the road. 6 hrs..Greymouth to Springfield. No signs up either side of the divide.

Garry Cooke Depends on when you traveled it, many wouldn't know but that road had been moved about 12 times, before the Viaduct was opened.

Peter Bradley Reckon that was one of the best of roads to drive, my little Torana just snaked it up there..... and down there, would pull up at the bottom with smoke coming off all four corners..... things we did when we were young.....

Val Whittaker We were up in the Gorge eating our lunch and the Keas came and and grabbed it and took it into the bush before we realised it they were so quick So no lunch for us
