AddBy: Murray Simons5th Jan 2020 3:17PMThanks for posting this. I have stumbled across it when search family history. Interesting it is the AJ Perotti Cup. My records show him as Joseph Albert Perotti, yet the family gravestone in Greymouth Cemetery also lists him as Albert. I am assuming he went by his middle name. Anyone else able to shed light?
BTW, as far as I am aware, none of the 4 Perotti children married or had kids. The cup would be best put on display in a Greymouth/Reefton museum or similar.
Happy to provide more info on the family if anyone is interested.

By: Paddy Beban1st Oct 2019 1:12PMThe story in the photo which was included in Memories Magazine August/September 2019. It is self explanatory but it might be a bit difficult to read the text.
The cup was awarded by the G.A. & C.C. to A.J. Perotti for winning a 3 Mile Wheel Race. As the story goes I would like to repatriate this cup to the descendants of A.J. Perotti.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
