Dave Perry: Wonder where the outflow went.

Maye Dunn: I visited here about 2 years ago. DOC cleaned up this contaminated site in 2016. There was significant arsenic, mercury and cyanide contamination. The contaminated soil was placed into barrels and transported to Christchurch to be treated.

Dave Perry: Maye Dunn I still have one of the old Cornish stone grinding balls used in the Mill there.
John McInroe This is at the Snowy River Battery. The site that was cleaned up 2 years ago was the Probation Ball Mill area. Then they cleaned up the Alexander Mine battery site. I don't think that the Snowy River battery site has been cleaned yet.

Brent David Funny DOC making noise & cleaning up these site, only to keep poisoning other areas by dropping 1080 Willy nilly....
