Dave Steers I took a bus load of hotrod people there and they had a scooter in back of bus. A naked rider road it through the pub. Great fun back then.

I stayed there three times when Les was the owner. Each time was Four nights. Then when i wanted to stay again he didn't want to know me, as he had that Kiwi Experience outfit coming. He just didn't want me there. I never tried again, The Kokatahi hotel was my preferred place after that.
