Myron Caldwell Paul, weren't you an engineer? You CF Beford couldn't handle the unpolluted air of the West Coast after all that Auckland stuff. HaHa.
Paul Huffam Myron, it was a Budget Rental campervan. We had stopped for a photo, but kept the engine running & the pressure kept up. it was at Makarora when restarting that we found no oil pressure. Result - 2 nights ther in motel and a 40 mile tow on gravel road to Wanaka motor camp where a mechanic was sent to install a new pump.
