The First Lady is Millie Little then Guide Rangi.The guy smoking is Billy Little.When these guys returned from the war the Government of NZ gave them and their family a paid holiday to Rotorua.The three guys were Airforce. Bill is my Dad an Millie my grandmother the men were good mates.

Kay Godfrey Don't know where,however the couple 3rd and 4th from the left are my aunt and uncle - Merle and Jack (John) Woodham. Jack's the brother of George Woodham whom the rugby Woodham Shield honours. The Woodham family farmed at Evans Creek, north of Hari Hari and donated the Woodham Shield following George's accidental hunting death in 1949, The shield is annually challenged by the four South Westland communities of Ross, Hari Hari, Whataroa and combined Franz, Fox and Haast. Next year will mark the 70th anniversary of Woodham Shield challenges.

Noeline McCaughan Going by the cut of the clothes the women are wearing I would say about 1947-9 after that date the "New Look" came in and radically changed the way womens clothing looked.
