Myron Caldwell I met Jack a few times as a publican in Auckland. Also paid our respects when I played in the band at his funeral. Went to school with his nephews/nieces in Reefton.

Bill Garth Jack had the Kells Hotel in Cobden for a time. Think he was in partnership with Tom Scammell

George Gardner And from there he went to the Onehunga Pub in Auckland. A good friend.

Myron Caldwell George Gardner didn't he also run a pub at Ellerslie prior to retiring. Blue.

George Gardner I don't know of that Myron but wouldn't surprise me as he was in Auckland for some years.

Arthur Bass Tucky, a legend all on his own as well down South Westland way.

Kathy Duthie i meet charles uphams when i was working at kings hotel ln greymouth, felt so sorry for him, he was crying because he couldent remember people, cant remember what the occasion was

Scott Martin Uncle Jack, who I did not get to meet. Was away from his hotel in Onehunga when I called in to see him in 1960 - as a then 10 year old.
