Six of his family members are buried in the Stafford Cemetery, and he lived on the Coast for half his life, 30 years.

Jane Blakeman I would think he is but maybe I am biased! I would like to see a program produced that informs us of RJ as he would have to be one of the most photographed with his statue in Parliament grounds and how many roads, schools, towns etc are named after him?
