Margaret Kaa Mrs Thompson lived up behind us on Coal Street and was a beautiful person. This was in the 50's.
Ian Patterson Mrs Mitchell was Edith Mitchell Born Edith Patterson 1886 in Blenheim died Feb 1964 in Reefton was my dads sister.

My grandfather name was Alfred James Wall, super proud of him, he owned a farm in HariHari, he also owned the service station ? which not only sold petrol it also fixed vehicle's
Granddad brought power to Southwest " building the powerhouse in HariHari
Granddad never went to university but had an incredible mind, he also invented a few things
One day while working his farm he heard a loud noise, Granddad hadn't ever seen a plane in real life, but there on his farm was a pla6that had crashed on his land and out climbed the poilet with only a few scraps and bruises, his name was Guy Menzie and he was the first person to fly from Australia to NewZealand
