Elva McQuinn nee Askew born 14 July 1913 at Globe Hill, Reefton. Daughter of John 'Jack' Askew, miner and Ellen Askew who died Dec 1918 in the Spanish Flu epidemic. Pictured here aged approx 12 -18 months with her brothers Douglas and Reginald.
