Trish Briggs Holly Briggs Nanna and I used to take you there when they were upstairs where the pizza place is. Dixons didn't have it then though.
Sheila Dixon Trish Briggs Audrey and Gordon moved the restaurant upstairs as the ASB needed the building. Ran the restaurant upstairs for a couple of years before selling

Nina Townsend Was my fave place I remember a band making a music video here in town they made this building look beautiful I was in the video which ended wif us all out the blackball pub my aunty was friends with the owners apple pie & cream was was a regular friday thing.

I worked for Gordon and Audrey when my sons were little. Started at 5pm. It was so busy in the summer months. I can remember us cooking 150 meals in a shift. Great memories. It was down stairs in Mackey st think later turned into westland savi gs . (Which is now the ASB).

Marilyn Paterson I remember going to Greymouth for competitions. Was always a rush to get to the theatre as the music was held in one and the dancing in another. We also went on the railcar. Great times. Loved every minute of it.

Janice it was originally by Westland Savings Bank (under the Ministry of transport, Customs & Ag & Fisheries) then it moved up to above Gateau Cake Kitchen, Kilgours, think years before it might have been a dance place (but I’m not that old lol)
