My dad lived in Kotuku in1923 until he was 4

My dads family lived there. I took my dad on a trip around 2 years ago and we called in to kotuku and he reminisced about living there not much there now though still it was lovely to hear the stories

I've numbered the houses and listed who used to live in them. This photo was taken looking south towards the school. The tram heads right towards the railway station.
1. Scott, Johns, Rowse, Shand.
2. Simpson, Johns.
3. Coleu. Hay, Brittan, Guenole.
4. Martin, Sullivan, Downing.
5. Martin’s old shop, then shearing shed.
6. Shop. Jenny and Mick Kiely (shop closed in 1943), J Gillman, Peter Molloy.
7. Dwyer.
8. Cash O’Leary.
9. Tram line. Left from the Mill and right to the Railway Station.
