June Williams Miss McGrath was also my Primer 1 teacher at Hokitika Primary.

It is like John Reynish taught my sister Margaret at Ngahere school when he was a student then taught my brothers Arthur and Ian and myself at Hokitika Primary
They certainly taught many students over the years
Alison Doyle taught me in Standard 1 in Hokitika then taught my son typing at Grey High School

Dave Maitland Re John and Joan two totally dedicated teachers, we were all the better for having them teach us. Still remember how good John Reynish could swing the strap.

Lynnette Beirne Dave Maitland well I never got the strap from him but when in Elizabeth Crossmans class she sent some of us to her father John Crossman to give us the strap for playing cards in class
