Date Created24th April 2020CommentsTe Ngarahau Mason Looks like a fully Mature Bull Sperm Whale Carcass.
Appears to be Fresh with barnacles Beachcast.
Length 14-16 mtr In length.
Full set of teeth on lower jaw.
This Sperm Whale specimen appears to be in great condition with all resources I'n tact.
Would be interesting to know the Moon cycle, Tides and Weather when this Whale was Beachcast.

Te Ngarahau Mason Sorry... upon closer inspection. This Sperm Whale carcass is actually rapidly decomposing. Next stage is putred mummification.
Not a good state to perform autopsy as internal organs amalgamate and become unrecognizable
