Des Weston We lived on their meat at the Totara Flat forestry camp cook house. I liked their hogget/mutton in particular which was very good. They obviously did a series of things right. I would sometimes buy meat off Jack at the shop at Totara Flat and take it to Hokitika or elsewhere for people I would stay with.
