Theresa Gibson: Inangahua.? House buried in slip 1968?

Maye Dunn: Theresa Gibson had a look in the electoral roll and Job Lines in 1896 lived Inangahua Junction and was a farmer.

John Rosanowski: Job Lines had stables on Broadway in Reefton during the 1870s. He supplied Gordon his horses in the novel Murder on Broadway.

Job Lines, hardy old pioneer of the Westport-Lyell service was driving a coach from Inangahua Junction to Lyell twice a week, also the Westport to Reefton service twice weekly. Lines had started carrying mails to Lyell on horseback long before there was a proper road. In fact, when he was married, his honeymoon was spent on the Junction-Lyell road, his bride riding a horse alongside him day after day.
