Dennis Wick Woke up in Ross once after going to sleep and missed my Greymouth stop. Finally got to Grey when it did return trip later in the day.

In the 60s I took those 88 seaters to boarding school in Christ for 4 years. The stops at Stillwater for the pasties and tea were specially looked forward to when returning on the 1.50 am newspaper special !

I use to go from Hoki to Ross & stay with Johnny leader who got killed on a motor bike accident with his uncle.
