Looks like what was Nancarow building . No tar sealing and no white line! Albert Street where the now library is.

Looks like the cars are parked in the middle. Is that an old petrol pump outside the carriers? It seems the wrong shape & size for a lamp post.

If its looking west, I doubt it would be Nancarow's because you would need to viewing towards the Tasman Sea. I think it should be looking East.
