80 years since Kaye and Party mine disaster *PHOTO ALBUM*

DescriptionTomorrow 6th Nov 2020, it is 80 yrs since Kayes mine disaster when 5 miners lost there lives. I made a cross out of hardwood and put the names on a brass plate with a letter punch a mate helped me get it up the jig. It really is the old rugged cross 2 metres high it would be good to think it might still be there for the centenary.
