Am curious to know the reference to Cobden. I once saw a photo of a little green shack on or near the farm belonging to ? Miners who had the small block opposite our home in Ward st and on Bright st nearest beach. You are correct Geoff.

I think Connie Miners was a nurse. The boys used to bring the cows down for rotation as they milked cows on the main block on way to point Elizabeth. I may be corrected.

Denise Bradley the name of the family was Minehan, they had the farm on Bright Street. Connie was the Plunket nurse for many years.
