I have seen the river in flood to the top rail of the fence one year, had to stop there midnight one night on way to parents farm at Seddonville. Took a few hours for it to drop.

I recognise this as small hawks crag, it was blown into the Bullet river during my time surveying in the gorge.

Peter McKenzie right there Peter Dad used to call it little Hawks Crag. Can't remember where it was i think maybe the Westport side of the Big one?
