Oh WOW Robyn thank u so much for sharing this photo. Your nana was great friends with my twin sister Carolyn and my mum Olive Mcmillan. Vividly remember your nana picking us up and taking us in library van for the day up country . . She had lollys for sale to. We thought we were pretty cool as youngsters gettin taken on van .

OH GOSH!! It was a wonderful day when Mrs O'Neill arrived at my parent's farmhouse. She used to have a cuppa with my mother. Which of her daughter's is your mother, Robyn? I was friends with Maureen but knew of her 2 other daughters.

The books when I look at the picture .. mum said when dad was in hospital in Hokitika for a back operation she gave her a ride down in the van to visit when she was doing her run down there .. how kind
