Vernon McGrath was one of my late husbands best friends, and Yvonne his sister was a friend of mine, the mother and father were lovely people

I think the Biddington children are my sister Rosalin and I. It would be on the beach down what is now called Pandora Avenue, we lived in the last house, which was pulled down and rebuilt up on Dad’s farm in Cameron’s Road ( then called by Bundi Road) after the big flood in January 1958 , changed the New River path and it ended up at our front fence, we were evacuated by tractor in the middle of the night through Arthur Russ’s farm.
