AddBy: William Gray22nd Aug 2021 9:11PMThe posts shown here are not related to this photograph, once again they have been shifted from the correct photographs and planted here, i have decided its not worth the effort spending time researching and putting on the correct information on for those you are interested in the said photograph, i always thought the was the idea to share the information, But it seems thats not the case, which is a pity, so i won,t make the effort to post anymore information on this site.Sadly this is not the first time this has happened, and it looks like its going to continue.
By: Laura Mills9th Aug 2021 1:37PMPhotograph from the mid-1930,s, this vessel is an Escort Sloop, either the LEITH or the WELLINGTON, they were both in NZ Service, from 1934-35 to 1939, when they both returned to the United Kingdom, the WELLINGTON did see service at Dunkirk.
