My dad told me about a contractor called George Butler who employed heaps of blokes on shovels and wheel barrows,they all cheered and clapped when George bought his first bulldozer,George proceeded to run over the wheel barrows ,he then sacked half the crew ,

30 minutes crib time plus two 20 minute smokos per shift. 3 raindrops on the car wind screen and I call wet time. Any contractors working within 30 metres of the job I call dust time, but I include drying time and the skill application analysis report in as a good will gesture. Tough negotiations over much time settled this award, and I'm happy.
