DescriptionThe wedding of Miss Elizabeth Mosley and Mr Sydney Tomline took place in Greymouth Anglican Church, 26 May 1915. The brides frock was white silk crepe de chine. Sisters, Isabella and Jean were in dainty apricot crepe de sol and blue crepe de merle.

Bess and Syd are my great great Aunty and Uncle. It is a lovely photo. Bess was the fourth oldest of 14 and the younger sister of my great grandfather Will Mosley. Bess and the rest of the family grew up in Dobson. They had one daughter Dulcie who was close to my grandmother. Syd and Bess moved to ChCh some time in the 1920's and lived in Spreydon. Syd worked at Anderson Engineering. We have a Mosley Facebook group for any direct descendands of John and Hannah Mosley who were Bess's parents.
