Annie Breeze I fairly sure your grandfather (and All Black) Frank Freitas once owned the Excelsior Hotel (in the bottom photo) as you mum once gave me (as I played for Exes) a white towel with Excelsior Hotel written in red on it and I think she told me he once owned it, Baz.
