I remember once at the Industries fair in Greymouth. Mary and Liz Minehan turned up from St Mary's in their best mini dresses. Mum was horrified. Anna and I were envious.

You can pick the Shaffrey and Nolan faces a mile off.twas a great privelege to know and work with members of both families over the years.who could forget the beautiful beaming smile of the immortal Fiona Shaffrey nor the twinkling keyboard fingers.my years of nursing traing and work at Seaview with the immortal Rosie Nolan,and even more Nolans in my years at Sunnyside/Hillmorton hospital. special memories those.
