Yes and when runanga moved into greymouth rating system the sewer system loan was payed for in full then we started paying for greymouth new sewer system runanga was years ahead of everyone else

I remember that being installed, great asset for the price, no more digging hole in the back yard, was a great progressive council back then,
They also took over a lot of the earthquake repairs and priotised and co-ordinates the contractors to help those most in need chimney rebuilt within a couple of weeks
