Was that at the end of the railway line? Can't recall a hillside behind it but maybe my memory not what it was.

There was a turntable at the end of the line at Ross,a friends father was a engine driver at Ross,did a trip from Ross to Hokitika and back in a steam engine cab probably about 65 years ago.
