DescriptionThis photo is of the Westland High School 4th Grade Rugby Team that won the West Coast competition in 1973.
The coach was not one of our teachers but Ray Davidson a former West Coast senior rugby rep at half back. (as was his father)

Strangely enough
Don Hutton one of my teachers at the time was Gerald Edmonds who recently was Principal of Hornby high. I dont know if he still is. retired I dare say.
