I am not sure but I would say that it would be Stillwater as the Otira tunnel didn’t open until 1923 so unlikely that the Buller Seddonville line had even been started then

Rob Lunn the Westport / Seddonville line was opened in 1879. The Buller Gorge connection to the Midland Line was not completed till 1942. A connection to Cascade Mine in the Buller Gorge was made in 1912.
