I think its great
Gone are the days where towns had lots of shops
What shops we have are great.
Better to have few full shops than heaps of empty falling down buildings

Noticed the removed steel I beams. Would someone, working onsite please be able to check the manufacturer's name on the I Beams? Would it be Dorman and Long, Durham? All imported.

I was told a story of the construction of this building yesterday by Gary Sara, My uncle worked on the broadcasting house building it was during the depression, a project to help provide some employment, all the concrete was hand mixed where Albert Street is now and a rampway was constructed to push all the wheelbarrows up and around the timber scaffolding for the building, as it got higher the ramps got steeper, you were paid everyday and if you didnt see the day out you didnt get paid, a hell of a lot of people couldnt hack pushing those wheelbarrows of concrete all day up the ramps so many never got paid for there efforts, what bloody hard work that would of been
