Can anyone identify the others in the photo?
I’m guessing this was taken in 1949 or thereabouts. My Dad (Jack Hall in whites) was the manager until 1953 when we moved to Wellington. Charlie and Ruth Glass are in the photo. My mum, who is 97, remembers all about her days on the West Coast. Date of Photo1949Map^[1]ContributorGiovanna Patani

Thank you Kelly! I was just Facetiming with my mum (Nini Hall who is now 97 and lives in Auckland...I'm in Arizona) and realized my mistake! It's Joan in the photo, not Ruth (there was a Ruth Small who lived nearby) and mum says she was Joan Searle when this photo was taken. I still remember Joan and Charlie well. Also, my dad wasn't the manager when this photo was taken (1947 or 48?). He was the First Assistant. Can Admin make the correction for me?
