Is this a good time to tell a story John was our teacher our classroom was the bowling green pavilion Errol Owen Rube me and a few other's were there pos Donny G Gilbert Scarlet ??? MR KELLY had socked a suple jack cane in I vinegar. After school we were waiting for the bus it was very wet day in the classroom my school bag was a gas mask bag with a square tin inside John was telling us if we were bad he would belt us with it. The moral of the story was he took a swing with the cane against my lunch box and broke it in half we all laughed and ordered us outside..about 1948/49 my memory's of MR JOHN KELLY
