Yeah Whataroa called in Sunday Night after beating Ross for the Woodham Shield. Pat told me to look after bar all drinks were a $1. Said he had to light fire, stated playing Piano so I ended up doing bar for 2 or 3 Hours until we finally left. We enjoyed our night there. Great memories that Pub.n Pat Hende

Reminds me of my Dad. He would be invited to every party going, as long as he brought along his Accordion. I can still see him playing with a fag hanging out his mouth, making all sorts of facial contortions, while playing shortened versions of John Hore, Jim Reeves, Slim Dusty and the like.
