Peter Wood my Peter talked about Jimmy and we met up with him in Reefton not long before Peter passed away. They had a good old catch up and Talked about the convoy he used to tow down the coast for whitebaiting. He sent A photo of truck caravan and boat all loaded up which Peter appreciated. Peter said he used to call in at Jimmy's on his way home from school. He would be tinkering away in his garage radio blaring. Peter tried to find out what song was always playing 'The Tamarray'? We did find it on Spotify but now I've forgotten. A great chap.

Linda Skelton Well Linda i did meet you at margaret Skelton Funeral some time bsack allso your son ,Was your father name Afty from Spings Juction,if so i i remember him well A good man/Yes Jim was into every thing loved Carss / Hunting/Pig and Deer/ Making Trailers etc, plus many more things,It was very sad that his health got bad and he had to go into care due to it all He had 3 children and his wife passed away at a very yong age ,So the family had there ups and downs but came through ok.RIP Jim / Cheers Linda
